Creating Unforgettable Ambiences with Live Music
Thank you for your interest in my musical services! My goal is to become your Live Music Vendor of choice for your Hospitality Industry special events. I provide the type of Classic Jazz and Smooth Jazz music that serves as an elegant backdrop to enhance just about any event.
I normally perform as a solo musician with background music that sounds like a full ensemble. It has proven to be the most successful situation for my clients, both financially and musically. Only when a rare situation absolutely requires it will I recruit musicians for duos and larger ensembles.
With the combination of my experience both as a versatile musician, as well as in project management in world-class organizations, I am well-equipped and committed to helping you make the musical entertainment portion of your event planning the least of your worries. Whether your preference is for Classic Jazz, the universally appealing background music, or Smooth Jazz, for livelier events requiring a contemporary sound, I can satisfy your musical preferences.

The best situations for my music are during cocktails and socializing before and after the main event as well as during dinners or banquets. However, I also fulfill requests from prime-timers who like to dance to Duke Ellington-era tunes, as well as from the younger crowd who prefer dancing to the more contemporary Smooth Jazz sounds of Grover Washington and Kenny G.
Finally, you should also know that I have served various clients in some of the most desirable special event venues mainly in the San Francisco East Bay Area. These include Crowne Plaza Hotel (Concord, CA), Ruby Hill Country Club (Pleasanton, CA), Plate & Vine Restaurant (Hilton Concord, CA), Lone Tree Golf and Event Center (Antioch, CA), Oakhurst Country Club (Clayton, CA), and Club Los Meganos at Trilogy at the Vineyards (Brentwood, CA), among others.
So, contact me so that we can discuss how you can make a “sound” decision about your next special event.
